Returns & Policies
TOOANGELS takes the health concerns around the Coronavirus very seriously and encourages staff and customers to prioritize their health first, we will temporarily be suspending product returns, in order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. Once a product has left the store, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.
Please be advised that our return/refund policy only covers claims for damage and incorrect products. Please contact our customer service email email@example.com for concerns with damaged or incorrect items and we will assist you as best we can.
TOOANGELS is not responsible for any packages that have been lost/delivered to the given address and later stolen from the mailbox or porch. The packages are only insured for damage. Customers are advised to contact their local post office and escalate the lost/stolen claim issue with the carrier themselves.
TOOANGELS cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. It is your responsibility to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) and any duties or taxes that may apply.
If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition.
